Deciduous perennial. Finely divided leaves are strongly fragrant when brushed against or rubbed. Smells like a blend of marigold, mint, and lemon. Golden-orange flowers are carried at branch ends sporadically all year, peaking in winter and spring. Tends to be short-lived. Deer resistant.
