Semi-deciduous vine. Evergreen in mild climates. Dark green toothed leaves contrasts with showy bright orange blooms. Blooms are heaviest March through May but it does bloom sporadically throught the year. Attracts Monarch butterflies, bees, and hummingbirds. Moderate water needs once established.
