Hens and Chicks
Evergreen perennial. Used as groundcover. Dark purplish-grey succulent leaves with bright purple edges form rosettes. Older plants will bloom short stems of pink flowers in midsummer. Great for rock gardens or xeriscape designs. Deer resistant. Very drought tolerant once established, but requires good drainage. Hardy to 0°F.
