Evergreen perennial. Used as groundcover. Dark olive fleshy succulent leaves form rosettes with reddish chocolate tips. Older plants will bloom short stems of red flowers in midsummer. Great for rock gardens or xeriscape designs. Deer resistant. Very drought tolerant once established, but requires good drainage. Hardy to 0°F.
