Deciduous shrub. Can be pruned into a small tree rose. Usually kept as a 3 foot bush. ‘Luminescent’ is the best word to describe the glowing colors of the large shapely blossoms borne on Cary Grant rose, that is. The sweetly fragrant flowers come on long strong stems and seem to take forever to fully open. Dark highly glossed foliage clothes the husky vigorous plant. Moderate water needs in well-drained soil once established.
