Deciduous shrub. Can be pruned into a small tree rose. Usually kept as a 3-foot bush. Vigorous, shrubby habit. Deep-green, toothed and textured foliage. Large double flowers are more of a silvery-lilac than a true-blue. They have a lightly fruity scent and bloom in warm weather, usually summer into fall. Moderate water needs in well-drained soil once established.
