Deciduous tree. Leaves move even in light breezes. Leaves are green with white highlights. Tolerates wide range of soils but suckers profusely. Handy as a wind break but could cause problems otherwise. White or light gray trunk resembling a birch. Seedless. Regular water needs once established.
