Deciduous shrub. Aromatic grey-green leaves growing on upright stiff stems give this plant beautiful architecture. Light blue panicles of flowers bloom for a very long time, often from late summer until first frost. Deer resistant. Very drought tolerant once established, but requires good drainage. Tolerates clay and poor soils. Hardy to 0°F.
