Evergreen grass. Small, white blooms from mounds in summer. May produce attractive blue berries by late fall. Glossy, deep green blades are irregularly striped with creamy white. Grows in clumps and does not spread by underground stems. Prefers areas with well-drained soil and dappled shade in the afternoon. Regular to moderate water needs once established. Hardy to 15-20° F.
