Evergreen shrubby tree. Dwarf habit. Small, two-toned blue-green and gray leaves. Spanish variety. Self-fertile, but produces higher yields when paired with a pollenizer such as Arbequina. Small olives with high concentrations of premium olive oil. Complex flavor mixture of fruitiness with a good balance of pungency and bitterness. Late-bearing and fairly cold hardy. Low water needs once established.
