Fruiting Olive
Evergreen shrubby tree. Pruned into a column shape. A smaller growing Spanish olive tree. Self-fertile and a good pollinator for other cultivars. Starts fruiting early, around 4 years. Relatively cold hardy. Widely adaptable. Small fruit but very small pit, so has a surprising amount of flesh. Oil output medium 22% of good quality. Low water needs once established.
