Deciduous perennial. Aromatic minty dusty green leaves grow on upright branches, great for adding fragrance to cut flower arrangements. Tends not to flop over like other varieties. Violet-blue flowers bloom above the foliage from late spring until fall. A great addition to any herb garden. Can sometimes attract cats but is not the true catnip. Continuous blooming will be encouraged by deadheading. Deer resistant. Drought tolerant one established but requires good drainage. Hardy to 0°F.
