Semi-evergreen perennial. Evergreen in mild winters. Can be invasive. Used as groundcover. beautiful dark purple-green leaves grow into a thick weed-suppressing carpet. Golden yellow flowers bloom from late spring into summer. Excellent in containers, or cascading over walls. Deer resistant. Regular-heavy water needs once established; do not let dry out between watering. Hardy to 0°F.
