Chinese Fringe Flower
Evergreen shrub. Rounded form with arching branches. Can be used as mass plantings as a hedge, as a specimen tree or as a patio tree. Bright fuchsia fringe flowers appear in masses in spring and then throughout the year. New growth is a dark burgundy, ultimately maturing to a brilliant purple.
