Semi-evergreen perennial; will keep foliage in mild winters. Coarse medium green leaves spread by producing rhizomes, best divided every 2-3 years. Large, semi-double yellow daisy-like flowers bloom high above the foliage from mid-summer through fall. They fade to an ivory white over time. Wonderful as cut flowers and border plantings. Drought tolerant once established, but requires good drainage. Deer resistant. Hardy to 0°F.
