Evergreen perennial. Clump forming rush with bright green, thin, slightly spiraled, narrow, fine textured stems. Yellowish-green to pale brown “flowers” run along the side of the stems below the tips. Ample water needs once established. Can tolerate standing water. Hardy to 15-20°F.
