Deciduous shrub. Balls of hot pink (or blue, if treated) flowers at the ends of the branches from early summer to mid fall. Flowers are excellent for cutting. It has forest green foliage throughout the season. The heart-shaped leaves do not develop any appreciable fall color. Regular water needs in well-drained soil once established.
