Evergreen perennial. Appealing maple-shaped copper-caramel leaves with bold veins grow into compact low mounds. In autumn, foliage shifts into beautiful shades of rose red. Great for adding color to shade gardens, or statement mass plantings. Delicate beige flower stalks rise above the foliage and bloom midsummer. Deer resistant. Moderate water needs once established; do not let dry out between watering. Requires good drainage. Hardy to 0°F.
