Tender perennial. Better in mild winter areas. Native to coastal California, this succulent makes tidy green or grey rosettes with bold red tips in clumps. Pale yellow flowers appear on spikes in spring. Deer resistant. Light to moderate water needs in well-drained soil once established. Hardy to 20-25°F.
