Deciduous perennial. Fleshy deep dark brown divided leaflets on strong, upright stems. Unique hot flamingo pink flowers with warm yellow halos and dark central discs bloom summer through fall. Unless your ground freezes hard, there is no need to dig and store the tubers in our area, so your clump will continue to grow. Deer resistant. Moderate water needs in well-drained soil once established. Hardy to 20°F.
