Deciduous tree. Pruned to have a slightly higher start to the canopy. Slow to moderate growth. Widely vase shaped to rounded form with layered branches. Large white star shaped flower bracts in late spring and early summer. Oval shaped medium green leaves turn reddish in the fall. Regular water needs in well-drained soil once established.
