Description
Evergreen perennial. Used for groundcover. Soft dark green leaves grow into a dense carpet. Light blue morning glory flowers bloom intermittently from spring-fall. Seaside and salt tolerant. Moderate water needs once established. Requires good drainage. Hardy to 15°-20°F.
