Evergreen shrub. California native. Thin green leaves grow on intricately interlaced branches. Small red and yellow fragrant flowers are follower by unique silky feather-like seed tails. Attracts bees and other beneficial pollinators. Somewhat deer resistant. Adapts to a variety of soil conditions. Drought tolerant once established, but requires good drainage.
