Description
Evergreen shrub. California native. Fast growth. Dense, dark green glossy foliage. Showy medium-blue flower clusters in late spring. Tolerates heavy soil, heat, and more water than most California lilacs. Also considered to be longer lived and longer-blooming than most. Low water needs once established.
