Description
Evergreen shrub. California native. Low spreading ground cover. Fast growth. Leathery, dark green, holly-like leaves are toothed along the margins. Small but numerous bright blue flower clusters appear in spring. Great for the coast or inland with a little shade and extra water in the summer. Low water needs once established.
