Evergreen shrub. California native. Dark glossy green leaves grow on beautiful contorted deep red-mahogany trunks. Tiny bell-shaped blushed-pink flower clusters bloom in spring. Attracts butterflies and other beneficial pollinators. Deer resistant. Drought tolerant once established, but requires good drainage.
