Deciduous perennial. May stay evergreen in mild winter areas. Long, shiny, green-yellow softly variegated leaves grow up from rhizomes. Pendulous, fragrant creamy white flowers with red and yellow highlights appear in late summer. Moderate to regular water needs in well-drained soil once established. Hardy to 15-20°F.
