Evergreen shrub in mild climates. Individual rosettes sit atop a stout curving smooth gray stem. Wide pale green pliable leaves emerge from a tight central spear to arch gracefully back. Flowers are a pale greenish yellow and are followed by seed pods and many new “plantlets” (or bulbils). Low water needs once established. Hardy to 25-30°F
