Perennial bulb. Dark green leaves spread upward and outward. Flower stalks rise in mid to late summer bearing masses of tiny, starry, greenish-white flowers typically tinged with shades of purple. Long 6-8 week bloom. Goes dormant in typical Sonoma County winters, evergreen in milder climates. Moderate water needs once established.
