Deciduous perennial. Very small clump of bluish-green leaves forms a mounding base. Extremely tall, leafless stems rise high above the ground and are topped with tiny yellowish-white flower clusters in spring and summer. Attracts butterflies. Low water needs once established. Hardy to 0°F and below.
