Evergreen shrub in mild climates. Medium sized upright agave that forms an upright urn-shaped rosette with wide leaves terminating in sharp reddish-brown spines. Variegated leaves are mostly gray-green with margins of creamy yellow and deep green. Spines are minute or nonexistent along the margins. It is quick growing and often produces many offsets. Very low water needs once established.
