Deciduous tree. Slow growth. Upright, vase-shaped habit that becomes slightly rounded over time. Thread-like, lacey leaf is burgundy red in spring and summer, and red in the fall. Fire-red seeds also appear in fall. More heat tolerant than other varieties. Moderate to regular water needs in well-drained soil once established.
