Deciduous vine. Fast growth. This grape was later determined to be a hybrid of the native California grape, Vitis californica, and the European wine grape, Vitis vinifera. It is an easy and adaptable vine that will quickly cover large spaces. Flowers are insignificant, dark berries have little pulp, but are ornamental. Fall color is spectacular. Low to moderate water needs once established.
