Semi-evergreen perennial. Used as a groundcover. Deep burgundy-red fleshy leaves and bold, rosy-red flowers in summer. Will slowly spread by re-rooting and can easily be propagated by breaking off stems. Works well in rock gardens and water-wise landscapes. Look good all year round in mild climates. Low water needs once established. Deer resistant. Hardy to 0°F and below.
