Deciduous rhizome (bulb) that will commonly die back to the ground during frosts. Double, fragrant, soft-pink and cream blossoms appear in spring. Deep green, glossy leaves. Be sure to dig out a large hole and amend the soil with compost before planting. Deer resistant. Regular water needs in well-drained soil once established. Hardy to 0°F and below.
